Camper Travel

Campers travel on first and last day of camp. Contact office at 907-625-1525 or your local camp contact for information on when MARC plane is coming to your village on travel dates. MARC flights are non-refundable after two weeks prior to the start of camp.

Kotzebue Region: $325RT Book MARC Travel through Registration form.

Norton Sound Villages:
Check with local commercial carriers to see if they are offering a Bible Camp discount. 

Campers Traveling from Anchorage/Soldotna: 

• Contact [email protected] or call 907 625-1525 to arrange travel/payment through the Covenant Bible Camp office to fly on the Mission Plane (MARC) - possibly the cheapest option, but you are limited to a 25 lb. checked bag, and limited seats. MARC plane departs around 9 AM on first day of camp and returns around 9 PM (weather permitting) on the last day of camp. From Anchorage: $250 RT. From Soldotna: $300 RT.

Volunteers Traveling from Lower 48 States:

• The best value is to book a mileage ticket to Unalakleet for 25,000 miles (Usually available 3+ months in advance). You can purchase miles and book travel through www.alaskaair.com
• Try to book a ticket where you arrive in Anchorage at a decent hour if you need help with housing.
• If you are returning to Anchorage from Unalakleet on MARC, be sure to book your ticket departing Alaska for no earlier than 11:30 PM the day you'll return to Anchorage from Unalakleet.
